Private Group Programs

  1. Booking Process:
    • Each family within the group will be issued with an invoice outlining their specific payment type.
    • To confirm your group’s chosen dates and timeslots, each member of the group will need to have transferred the correct funds into the appropriate account as outlined in their invoice and emailed their completed enrolment forms as soon as possible.
    • Confirmation on the 5-week program is approved when all the enrolment forms are submitted by email and the full payments are received from all group members. Group members will be contacted via email to confirm their group’s booking.
  2. Location of Venue: The program is offered at the location nominated by the group as specified in the Private Group Booking Form. This form can be completed online on our website.
    • Community or Clinical Settings: If your group wishes to have the program delivered at a particular community centre or any other setting, please contact us prior to completing the form to discuss the suitability of venue. Alternatively, complete the Private Group Booking Form on our website and we will get in touch.
    • Home Settings: If your group wishes to have the program delivered at a private residential home, then it is the responsibility of your group to ensure it is a suitable venue for all. Please complete the Private Group Booking Form on our website for further information.
    • Petrol: A surcharge to cover petrol will be required if the home or community centre is more than 15 km radius of Cannington, WA.
  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If a parent and baby are unable to attend due to illness then a one-to-one catch up session might be arranged later on during that week (depending on the Instructor’s schedule). Alternatively, if another group is running that week and happens to be the same session in which the parent and baby need to catch up on, then they can join this group and then resume with their original group. Otherwise, the parent and baby are required to commence the entire program at a later date when both are well.
  2. Refunds: Once payments and bookings have been made, the program is non-refundable. However, a parent may be allowed to turn their place over to another parent.
  3. Photographs: We will take photos of you and your baby, including a group photo at the end of the program. These photos may be used for education, training and promotion purposes. If any member of your group wishes not to appear in any of the photos, please advise us prior to your program. All parents will be required to complete a photo consent form, which is part of the enrolment process.

 

Private Group Programs

  1. Booking Process:
    • New participants or those who do not have a group are encouraged to view the noticeboard on the community registration form on our website and select your date of choice. You will be issued with an invoice outlining your specific payment type.
    • To confirm your chosen dates and timeslots, you will need to have transferred the correct funds into the appropriate account as outlined in your invoice and emailed your completed enrolment forms. Please inform us by email when you have transferred the funds into the account.
    • Class size not full capacity: For the program to be delivered in a community setting a total of 6 families are required. If class size is not full, the program will not be delivered as planned. Alternate options will be discussed with families who have already registered for the program.
  2. Location of Venue: The community group program is delivered at a specific location and limited to 6 families. The cost of the venue hire will be split between group members. The noticeboard on our community registration form website has already taken this into consideration.
